Pat Farenga Patrick Farenga worked closely with homeschool pioneer, John Holt, for four years until Holt’s death in 1985. He is the President of Holt Associates Inc. and was the Publisher of Growing Without Schooling magazine (GWS) from 1985 until it stopped publishing in Nov. 2001. I really think you should re-consider Dayna Martin as #1, she was never at the forefront of the Unschool movement and #2 and most importantly, she has been widely discredited and is in the midst of a scandal of fraud, substance abuse and deception, within the Unschooling Community.
